Ecstasy makes your pupils really dilated so lots and lots of light gets through and could mess with your sight some. Thats why raves have so many bright lights. Also, most pills now don't even have MDMA in them, they have MDA which is much like MDMA, just with a different feeling and more of a possibility of hallucinating. I'm willing to bet she had one of these pills.
Shaking and feeling cold could be due to not drinking enough water, if it had speed/meth in it then she will most likely shake because of this too.
I'm guessing it would be a pill with a mixture of MDA and meth. She will feel better tomorrow.
