Id find a cool cop and tell him what happened. Explain to him that you dont want him to get in trouble for the incident, but maybe they can watch him and catch him buy the E or selling the E or whatever. Then he'll get arrested and used as cash in the jail cell. I know its not as much fun as beating the piss out of him, but it definitely returns the karma.
