ok but it's not his call... if his girl friend does not want to take the necessary step to remedy this then too bad.
MY sense of justice is correct as i would press charges agaisnt him if it were to happend to me. His girlfreind does not think it's that much of a big deal, not worth the battle and i also understand her it's her choice.
Simply saying go fuck him up will not solve anything... as i said he risk loosing alot of shit over this ass hole and you have to wonder if it's worth it...
