Also they have 5W20 for older honda check with your dealer.
I am about to change my oil at the end of the month and for the second time I will be using 5W20 for older hondas.
I can tell you I now get 33mpg in normal traffic and normal driving in nyc area and my car warms up faster ever since I switch from mobil1 to honda oil.
