I dont know if you guys saw that one episode of Fifth Gear.
They had Michael Schomaker (sp) race Vicki in a race to see who gets the highest MPG. Obviously, Michael won since he knew exactly how to save fuel like what they do in pro circuits.

I digress, but the point i was trying to make is that, the cars they were racing, were capable of doing over 400 mpg. I think Vicki did 3xx and Michael got over 5xx i think.

Those car look like solar cars, in terms of weight and aero and SPEED
I dont think they can do over 50mph. And they cost alot more than your average hybrid cars.

I dont think anyone would be up to this challenge... Vee Dub made that one car that got over 100mpg. I forgot what its called. I think it was 1 liter.
