yes was tightned in a criss cross pattern torqued at 9ft/lbs I didnt used hondabond I used blue rtv sealent i am running 5 w 30 I have a little leak on the oil feed line out of the sandwich plate but I put thread tape on it and someone told me to take it off that it wont seal that way.
Yeah, those numbers are way off. Boost should be much richer and vacuum should be much leaner. Have them retune since it is obvious they either don't know what they are doing, or they half assed the tune. Running that lean under boost is going to cause some serious problems...assuming your wideband is correct.

You want to use honda-bond or the gray sealant...not the blue stuff. The sandwich adapter doesn't require any additional sealant, just make sure the o-rings are coated in oil before it is installed.
