I like backing into spots :uhhok:

I had a similar thing happen to me from the other perspective. Basically, this lady backed into my car while backing out of a spot. The parking lot no fault thing only applies if your state is a no fault insurance state, otherwise, the insurance companies will duke it out to figure out who's at fault even though no ticket was issued. Colorado had just changed to a fault insurance state. Her insurance company ended up paying the my deductible because she was going from a stopped position (the parking spot) entering a traffic flow pattern (the aisle), so it was her responsibility to be careful. She was also really nice about it, and admitted backing into my car. So, you might end up being at fault depending on how insurance is structured in your state.
