though, schmoo could actually benefit from using cam gears, most wont. stock cams on a stock non-vtec head usually like to be set at zero on both exhaust and intake. when vtec is involved, some tinkering can help. i put gsr cams in my b16 head and i have cam gears too. i got the gears an cams for 150 shipped.
as for that kit....ya, its been said. ssautocrap. the turbos are iffy, there wastegates are iffy, there manifolds are junk, etc.
i would just build my own kit. u can build a turbo kit for around 1500 bux and have a good solid kit.
tunertoys.com stealthmodeperformance.com cc-fab.net are all good places to start looking for parts. heres a quick basic list for you since im bored
manifold--make sure it is made of good, quality steel
turbo--since im assuming u have a SOHC motor, a t3 super 60 would be perfect
intercooler piping
fuel injectors--either high impendence or peak and hold, peak and hold like from a dsm youll need to wire in a resistor box
bov- anywhere from 15-200 bux, all preference and quality
intercooler
oil lines
fuel management
boost and oil pressure gauge is a good idea
downpipe
there might be some other lil stuff i forgot, but thats the main shit
