The only thing I didn't like much is the volume counts. It seems that I have to turn it up a lot (30) to get the music going, compared to ~14 counts on the G35C with 8-BOSE speakers. For the IS250 we had the Premium package + 18", so we didn't get the Nav+DVD feature nor 14 speakers (7.1) setup. We only had 13 for the 5.1 setup but it's still nice.
To add on to OP's list, the interior has LED lamps. It gives off nice cool white lights. It even lights up your feet too (don't have to switch it on or off. Even cup holders has white lights too. It's give off a nice cool feeling without being annoyingly white. Also comes with Aux Input for Ipods, etc. Full motorized seat adjusting for both drivers and passengers.
The Keyless feature is the best thing. Just walk to the door, and it automatically opens the second you pull the handle. It has hidden Key within the remote so you can use it in case the remote died. Push Start button is very cool. Even when the remote is bad, you can still start it since it's still sending some kind of signals. It'll alert you when you start the car and walk off with the key; and lock the car down when someone tries to drive it off. Also, it won't lock the car if it senses that the key is still located inside the car.
Stock for stock, that car outhandled my G35C on corners, curves etc. Even after I upgrade the G with the Eibach Adjustable Sway bar set, it is only then it and handle just a Tiny bit better than the IS250.
And yes, I love having fun with the shift paddle. I don't know what some of you think, but that thing is fun. It shifts good (6spd Auto) and launches good, almost matching my G regardless the difference in 80+ hp.
Overall, I give Lexus a thumb up for their new IS models. We almost got the 350, but since we already have the G35C, she wants a nice commute car that can save gas as well. We're now averaging 25.2mpg. That's pretty good for a decent quick car.
The 250 handles great, but it's kinda sluggish. The 350 is a beast, but its doesn't handle as well.
