Symptoms.

Monday, normal idle 700-900 rpm with that eratic rpm jumping up to about 1,500 rpm.

Tuesday, high idle about 1,500 rpm with no eratic jumping of the rpm.

Wednesday, high idle about 1,500 rpm with eratic jumping up to about 2,500 rpm.

I know I'm supposed to carb clean some valve but I don't remember if it's the fast idle thermal valve or the IACV. I'll also fool around with a flat head and adjust that screw and see what that can do for me. I just forgot what valve I'm supposed to carb clean so I said fuck searching.
