Hi, welcome to the board.

Some of your questions can be addressed by using our search function, but based on the partial information, I'll give you an educated guess on repair costs. All figures are in US dollars.

Re: Question #1
Assuming the interior and drivetrain need no work at all, I'd budget $85 for a new driver's side fender, $100 for a new front bumper, $125 for a used set of front turn signals and a used driver's side headlight. If there are bumper support brackets missing, the cost will increase.

Then there's paint. If you want to re-paint and blend in the whole front end of the car, I'd guess about $200-$750, depending on whether you do the body and paint prep work or you pay a body shop to do it all.

Re: Question #2
Use our search engine; the parts list for a manual conversion has been covered dozens of times. Depending on your level of mechanical aptitude and the condition of the parts, the conversion could cost anywhere between $200 to $1000+.

You'll need a manual transmission (obviously), clutch and flywheel, the pedal assembly from a manual 91-93 Integra, along with the clutch hydraulics. You'll also need the shifter mechanism and the center console trim from a manual Integra. IMO, you're better off buying a factory manual transmission car.

Re: Question #3:
If that car is your goal..

Plan on at least $400 for the kit (that's for cheapo fibreglass, expect more for urethane), $500+ for installation (the cheapo kits fit horribly) and about $1000 for a full body respray. Wheels and tires will run somewhere in the neighborhood of $1000. The "euro" tail-lights should be left off your list altogether. They cost about $150 for the pair and will undoubtedly resutl in water leaks and fog up. If you buy the car, keep the original tailights.

All in all, you're probably looking at $3500-4000 to reproduce the exterior with brand-new paint at OEM quality. Budget another $1000 for the manual transmission conversion if you're paying to have it done. Assuming this car sells at auction for $1200 or so, you're looking at a grand total of $5700- $6200 to accomplish your build goals.

Now, after answering your questions, please allow me to toss my two cents in.. if you don't mind...

If it were my money, I would take about $4000 out of that $6200 and purchase a high-mileage DC2 Integra GSR. You'll have 170 hp to play with (compared to 132 hp with the 91 LS), a manual transmission already installed, the flexibility and potential of the VTEC-equipped B18C1 motor and a newer chassis. Set aside the remaining $2200 for any cosmetic or mechanical repair work.
