Here're some possibilities...

1) PGM-FI relay
2) fuel pump (or a bad injector)
3) check your compression
4) adjust valve clearance
5) MAP sensor
6) Primary H02S

What's the fault code you get sometimes for the misfire? P1300 or P30_?
