I just thought of a better way of drawing the winning number that is completely impartial.
Example: IL evening pick three numbers are 6 - 8 - 2
6+8+2 = 16 then you do 1 + 6 = 7
The winning number is 7. If we don't get a winning number that day, we roll it into the next day. Illinois evening pick three numbers are posted here:

We poll the thread as to how many people are in. Once you commit, there's no backing out.
We then take the number of people that are in, and figure out the entry fee. Everyone gets 1 fair shot. If you trust me and Andrew enough, Andrew will write down your name on one side of paper. I'll pull them out of a hat. First name pulled = #1, Second name pulled = #2 & so on.
