I sell a set of toys on eBay. The buyer is from Canada. The auction says, "USPS Airmail Parcel Post".

Now the buyer is refusing to accept the package if it doesn't have a fucking tracking number. To my knowledge, the only international shipping that's trackable is USPS's Global Express. This is such horse shit.

He keeps blabbing on about something trackable that starts with CX 0000-00000 ... but I have no fucking clue what that is.
