Default accord sucked in water

long story short, my CAI sucked in water from a puddle. i thought i could clear the puddle but i guess it was too deep. i dont need any smart ass comments. ok well it was turning off and right before it stopped completely i turned off the engine cuz i knew what was going on. ok so i got towed out. i took off my intake and there was a lot of water in the throttle body which i could see inside the intake manifold and that too was full of water. i took off the throttle body and the intake manifold. the manifold was completely full of water. i then removed the spark plugs and i proceeded in cranking my engine little by little. the first crank was funny cuz a bunch of water shot out really hard from the chambers and out of the spark plug holes and my friend got all wet. i emptied the chambers and i also drained my oil.
my next step is to put new spark plugs. new oil and oil filter. put back the intake manifold, throttle body, and intake.
now, my question is, should my car start? is this going to work and is this all i need to do? i also did this saturday and i will be putting everything back tomorrow, wednesday, so everything should be dry.
