yeah, i'm completely happy with how she responded to me. i'm just going to leave positive only on the insecticons and that's it. even though it is inexcusable how she packed this things -- clearly out of spite -- i'd feel like i'd be kicking someone when they were down, if i were to carry this out any further, and also given how she quickly responded and offered to help.
