It definatly sounds like a relay problem to me. Too many electrical parts doing too many weird things at once. To get a good wiring diagram, try to get a hold of the Helms repair manual for your year Prelude. They're great, and all the diagrams and instructions are clear and easy to understand. You can sometimes find them for download if you do some searching.
