Whther or not it would eventually develop into AIDS or HIV I don't know but that would be the progression.
Are you saying that herpes or gonnorhea could mutate and become HIV? Because that's impossible. Sorry if I misunderstood what you are saying. If you had sex with 100 virgins, none of whom already had HIV, herpes, or gonnorhea, you would be completely clean. If you contracted Herpes, you will have herpes for the rest of your life (it's currently uncurable), but no matter what you do it won't become some other disease.
