everything that you can get/create is curable from unprotected sex. Besides HIV/AIDS and STDs. Only one person needs the disease to get it. Just take a shower
The only STD's that cant be cured are Herpes and Genital warts..you can burn em off but they come back.....ahhhhhhhh
