Ever heard of black VD also known as black syphillis?

It was discovered during the Vietnam war from the GIs bnging whores and there is no cure for it so the ones diagnosed with it were sent to an island to live out their days in isolation. Basically it rots off the dick and eats you from the inside out in a similiar way as leporsy does.
