So if you go on a spree and have unprotected sex with 100 virgins in a year then you could be the spreader of the disease. Most likely it would be something like herpes, gonnerhea (sp?), etc. but after a period of time going unchecked these diseases mutate and become a variant and gain strength. Whther or not it would eventually develop into AIDS or HIV I don't know but that would be the progression.
