it depends wehre you live really... if you are doing anything iffy and it's reported the EPA will find some violation


i remember this one house we were building, we had to keep the wet lands mud out of the wetlands... looked like effing morons sweeping up the topsoil mud deposits on the street back into the yards everyday.
