Default 95 prelude SE

Hi all, I have a 95 prelude that was driven down a flooded street and now runs like total ass, it runs really rough and vibrates the hole car. I've done a compression test and had 0 in cylinder 1 185 in #2 195 in #3 and 195 in #4 so obviously there is a serious problem with the number 1 cylinder whereas the other 3 seem to have great compression for an engine with a 100k miles. I did a leakdown test on the #1 cylinder without a gauge measuring how much pressure was lost, and i can hear the air coming out the intake manifold and it just poured out didn't hold any compression in the chamber at all. I'm figuring it's just the intake valves, or atleast hoping anyway. I'm in the process of taking of the cylinder head off to inspect the valves but wanted to know if theres anything else I should look for? Could there be any other causes to 0 compression and all the air coming out the intake manifold? Thanks in advance.

Oh also I forget to mention when I removed the timing belt to remove the cams I noticed a hole in the timing belt I have no idea how many miles are on the belt but could that have been the cause of the bent/broken/burnt intake valves? water in the chamber caused the timing belt to slip and then goodbye valves?
