You might want to get a square of rug to toss under it so everything doesn't slid around when you're playing. Make sure for the heads that the thin ones are on the bottom.
When playing you want your legs to be at a perfect right angle. I was always taught to set up your throne first, then snare between your legs. Then bring in the bass drum where your right foot lays at a right angle. Then adjust everything else accordingly.
I'm glad you like it. I've seen and sat at a few Pacifics and have never been satisfied with the quality.
Any reason for the odd angle of the snare? Most people keep them flat with little or no tilt towards them so they can get rimshots and so the stick doesn't rebound towards you. Crotch shots are no fun at all.
Also, careful of your knuckles on the snare. Busting them open sucks..
