The professor expects 15 specific citations.. from memory.

Either I'll be arguing how the economic effects of the Virgina Company influenced the divergent attitudes toward slavery in the 1800s.. or I'll be arguing how the social context of post-Reconstruction legislation led to the disenfranchisement of newly freed blacks.

Either way, the exam is without notes and without any books.
