Comparing stock-for-stock, Civic springs are shorter and softer than Integra ones. So if you put stock Civic springs on an Integra that would lower the car a bit. Aftermarket Civic springs will lower an Integra more than their indicated drop for the Civic and will also be softer than their counterpart Integra-specific application.

Stock shocks are the same height however Integra ones are stiffer. The Konis are the same part for both Civic and Integra so go ahead and use the "Civic" ones because they're the same thing you'd get if you ordered the "Integra" application.
