I have a few exhaust questions of my own. First of all how difficult is it to change out an exhaust by yourself? Is there welding involved or is it basically clamps maybe a little grinder cutting?

Roughly, how much should it cost to get a factory/standard exhaust replaced on a 92 Acura Integra? Excluding a muffler which I don't need.

I'm being charged $470 total for new exhuast, excluding muffler/tailpipe, and excluding a new catylitic converter. I have a feeling I'm being ripped off.
