dude... it's all the same shit.... that is just the overcoating.... so whatever you prefer.... you SHOULD be putting the heat wrapping all over that shit anyway...

if made by the same company... and it's the same style header:
1) ceramic/stainless is the same thing
2) ceramic = better because it's cheaper
3) it's only cheaper because they didn't have to dip it in chrome...and it will lose it's good looking finish after a while
