your logic is flwed because unless you have been living under a rock for the last 5 years you know for a fact that filesharing is illegal and that the RIAA, MPAA etc. have been trying to stop it and have been prosecuting for it (loose cases at best more like bully tactics). So any argment of not knowing any better is not any sort of believable argument at all.
