Look, if your grandma needs her oil changed you can't expect her to "just do it herself". This is not the society we want. Grandma should be able to go to the service station and get the oil changed right and the only thing she should be concerned about is price, customer service, and relative quality of the job... NOT if the job will be done correctly at all.

You should report them to the BBB. Even if BBB does nothing, it'll be on their record.
