Definitely capable. I ran 12.6 @ 112 on 12.6 psi making 298 whp on Falken Ziex street tires on my mildly built (at the time) B18C1 '95 Civic Sedan. The H22 will be able to put 300 whp down easily on that turbo with the sleeves and the right tune.
