Default Suspension help

I just started noticing a problem with my rear suspension on my si. My car when im going over a bump in a parking lot going slow or turning a bit the rear end is really squeaky. Springs or shocks? My set-up is all stock now for suspension. Whatever it is i know i have to do some work to my suspension. I've already been considering lowering my car, so since something is wrong now i might as well go ahead and invest in some springs and shocks. I'm thinking maybe going eibach sportline or prokit, but my only problem is when winter rolls aroung i want to have my stock 15" si wheels on mounted with the michelin x-ice 185-60-15 tires i already have. Will my car be too low for these tires? I'm concerned my sidewall is too high and may cause trouble. Any advice on this would be awesome! Thanks!
