You can't use the CR-V trans and you'd have to spend a few thousand to get the rest to fit.

On top of that, the CR-V drivetrain is not much better then the Civic parts. CR-V rear differentials and axles are also pretty pathetically small (like, "smaller then a Miata" small.)

If you want all wheel drive, buy a Subaru. It's not worth retrofitting any Honda to AWD.
