Why? Because the wheels/tires are the major complaint on the Si. I figured they held back to leave room for a Type-R. Now if you can get them for under 3 grand, a Type-R option is kind of stupid.

The RSX-S FP consists of aftermarket wheels, a kit, a type-r spoiler, and some suspension mods i think...certainly not a type-r. I can think of many reasons a person would buy the RSX-S FP over the G4 ITR, many due to luxury considerations and looks (personal taste).
