No matter what car you modify, you can always expect more trouble than with stock. It goes with the territory; whether it's an Accord or an RSX, or anything else.
It was the 4-2-1 header. Imagine where 2 pipes from the "4", where they met there was a crack. Not too big, but not too small either. Ended up selling all of my mods on eBay and getting a Type-S.

Stainless is the way to go but honestly I didn't "feel" any gains.
