cost is the main complication. if you want your car to pass OBDII emmission testing you have to get a 97-01 H22, but if you don't have to worry about the scan you can get an older H22, but you'll have to convert to OBDI. your going to also have to modify the motor mounts, and the wiring is going to be an issue. I was quoted $6000 for a swap including the motor from a local shop. I'd consider it if it were $4000, but thats too rich for my blood. It would be a ton cheaper if I had the tools to do the swap already, but oh well.
