Neither engine is really well suited for crazy boost anyway. H22 suffers from thin cylinder walls and the usual shitty open deck block design, but nothing a set of sleeves can't fix. h:

The compression ratio of the B18C5 isn't much different than the C1...people are just stupid and run FMU's.

Not true...it's all in the tuning. A competent tuner and a good EMS/fuel setup goes a long way.
