Well, you've got 3.5 V6 pushing AWD M35x, 3.0 V6 push GS300 awd (soon to be replaced with 3.5), then you got all these audis and BMW's with even smaller engines. In case with M35 and GS300, the AWD is not available with the v8 versions of these cars.

The biggest problem is the options, Acura needs to make a base RL model for 42-43k.
