The perception of "good hip hop" to some people are the groups that didn't "sell out" to mainstream radio.


In reality, they didn't make it. I'm not saying groups that don't sell cds aren't good ... but don't forget, groups that do sell ass loads of cds don't suck either.

I'm not a B.E.P. fan, but any one of the groups you listed above would do anything to be in their shoes.
