be wary of removing bumper reinforcements, if youre involved in an accident, even if its not your fault the insurance company may not cover it because you modified the structure of the frame, resulting in more body damage then was neccessary, also its illegal to do such things in most states
not sayin everyone here has a legal car
but if someone runs a redlight and nails you you may not get back no where near as much as if u had left the reinforcement in place, and that is definately number one on the suck chart
