no, what he is saying is the obd2 teg harness will plug directly into your obd1 harness and you can run an obd1 ecu......there is no such thing as an obd1, obd2 motor, its all in the wiring. The teg uses a 2 parts harness just like the 92-95 civics did. The integra never made the switch to a one peice harness like the obd2 civics did.
