No, the dealers drill directly into the bumper to mount the bracket. If I removed my plate on my oem bumper you could see these huge half inch improperly cut holes and it looked nasty. I got the front bumper to eliminate those holes plus give it a much cleaner and agressive look. Yes, I can get pulled over and ticketed but i'll assume the risk.
