Well I have seen it done in person, I just heard that my buddies did it and passed. Dont know if they did it the illegal way or not. But I could be wrong, dont quote me on that though.

But here's my question.... If you had a 92 civic si,dx,cx,vx..etc..etc.. and you were to swap in a 95 ex si SOHC motor...put everything to OEM Spec to pass smog!!! Would you have to take that swap to a state ref to have them inspect that as well? I personally did that a few times and it passed smog. So why is it that you cant do that to a del sol b16 obd1 motor. I mean literally a civic motor is still a civic motor? It still came out of a civic and not integra!!!
