i think if you have his phone number and adress. verify that they are indeed real. if they are...ill take his ass tor court for committing fraud..period...theres alot of scams out there...one has to be rather really thoughtful before making a transaction, especially when it involves a rather large amount of money...

ps. to prevent from that happening again try using paypal...and make transactions with people that are "paypal verified". In order to be verified you have to give paypal personal information and even a bank account. so they do that to prevent paypal users from scams.
