Default AAutomotive: fraud,scammer - help!

This is my second warning concerning this scammer. He took my son for
$600.00 hard earned dollors. After my first posting, he actually PM'ed me
back claiming a mistake had been made and he would make good on his
bad deeds. Alas, he is nothing more than a dishonest scammer.

I have his phone number, address, and e-mail address. I also have a
copy of the money order and the fact that he cashed it. Any suggestions
as to legal action that can be taken against this scum or should I chalk
this up to experience? I would appreciate any suggestions and of coarse
avoid this individual like the plague.

Thanks,
