I usually have no problem doing just about anything sexual/physical with a "reliable" fuckbuddy; as in a fuckbuddy that I know for a fact is exclusive to me and there's extremely low risk of STDs.

With other degrees of fuckbuddies, I just read the game. If kissing is fine, I have no problem participating. If kissing isn't OK with them, I just end up nibbling a lot, which ends up doing more for them in the end anyways :grinpimp:
