Iam posting it here cause its related to the 5th gen electrical system.

I just retroed my friend's 97 Accord with E46 projectors,ballasts and bulbs but having a problem. I also bought dedicated harness with relays so we dont have to worry about messing the electrical system.
The problem is when we plug in the HID kit it doesnt light up neither through the harness or even when plugged in directly to the vehicle's connector. It lights up fine when directly powered through the battery but not through the headlight switch.
Iam guessing that the vehicle's relay cannot hold enough power and it trips when we plug in the HID but it works fine when I put a regular 9006 bulb

Any help would be appreciated.
