Yeah, I couldnt help it. The car is paid off finally, so I am taking the rest and spending it on my own DIY home theater speaker setup.
I am getting all the hardware from GR Research, and will be doing all the woodworking out in my new wood shop I built. I just need about $50 more stuff and should be ready to go. Hope to have the speakers completed by the middle of march, and I will write a tutorial on how to do everything along with all the tools used.
In front will be two A/V3 Towers, and a A/V3S Center Channel.
In the rear will be two A/V1 surrounds, supplemented by a sealed sub with passive radiator and 350 amp.
My brother will be helping with the wiring, since I suck at it.
If anyone is interested, I am also building these speakers on the side as a small money maker (I only make like $20 a speaker after materials).
