The PCX (S2000) oil filter is a direct fit on any Honda engine. It uses the same thread pattern and gasket sizes. Honda doesn't use them on anything other then the S2000 and NSX because they are more expensive to produce and ship from Japan versus the domestically produced PLM.

The PCX is still made by Toyo Ruki of Japan, as is the tiny Insight filter.

The standard PLM is contracted out to Fram/Honeywell. I've seen them with a third brand name that I can't recall, however all the current ones will be marked "Fram" or "Honeywell." Odd, because Fram and Honeywell is the same company.
