Hood and headlights are the same, thats where similarities end...

Bumper is different, it had a peice between the headlights and the lower bumper... Even the bumper lights are white instead of amber...

Corner lamps are shaped differently, they slant \ the CRXs slant like this /...

Fenders also have the different slants to them, \ on the Civic where the corner lights go, and / on the CRX... They also do not have the black bottom trim peice that the CRXs have...

Im sure theres more 'under the surface' thats different aswell...

So can it be done? Yea, if u have the whole setup, and know how to modify things... But I doubt itll look right... Now a CRX front on a Civic, looks pretty good...
